ARTIST BIO

Jillene Hone has qualified as both a fashion designer and more recently as a professional writer at Deakin University. She has published poetry and some short stories. Jillene now paints with a small group of like minded neighbours at Safety Beach. She experiments with oil and collage techniques drawing inspiration from her 50 years of involment with the Mornington Peninsula.

Jillene has sold paintings at numerous shows including Sorrento, Brighton, Mt Eliza Bendigo and Mornington.
