ARTIST NOTES: For me painting a mandala is a meditation in itself, a time to focus fully on the present moment. I choose to paint freehand as nothing in life has to be perfect. The attention to detail and hours of work is always rewarding and I love creating something beautiful.
This artwork has been on a journey with me through the good and bad times in my recent life. It shows me that if you plant beautiful thoughts in your mind you can always create beauty in your life.
