ARTIST BIO

A MULTI AWARD WINNER , I was born in 1946, I studied with Tafe 1966 and Melbourne based Artists Ern Trembath and Dot McVay 1977-1980.

I have DEMONSTRATED, JUDGED and TAUGHT and entered many Art Exhibitions around Australia and New Zealand and held many of my own . I ran my own School of Australian Art for over 30 years, teaching adults and children.

I have exhibited TWICE with artists PRO HART, DOUG SEALY  , SYDNEY NOLAN  at Sea Acres Port Macquarie.

Im a MULTI AWARD  WINNER with 29 ART AWARDS to my name and I have been a professional Artist since 1980.

Most recent award 2019 1st Bacchus Marsh Vic.

My work is in Private Collections around the world.

I am mentioned in 2 Art books.

My subject matter is very broad, although I class myself as a landscape artist ,I also paint seascape, portraits, models in the studio, clowns, tropical fish, pet portraits, still life, floral .

My mediums are just as broad, master medium is oils, then Pastels, Watercolours, pencil, charcoal, acrylics and pen.
